Great Product
I found this product to be very helpful. I drink it every morning when I wake up and my reflux and nausea is dramatically reduced if not gone completely. This is worth the subscription.
Such a Boost
These single serve sachets are really useful. I was in a hurry the other day so took some to a restaurant and mixed in a glass of water with a teaspoon at the table. So refreshing and immediately uplifting. I've been on Mounjaro for a while now, so don't have many side-effects, but these electrolytes gave me a real boost anyway. My friends at lunch noticed and all wanted some too. And best of all, only one gram of carbohydrates.
The best I tried so far!!
This is the best electrolyte powder I have used so far. I have tried them all. They are either way too sweet, way too salty or I can taste the Stevia. I am not a fan of Stevia and I cannot even detect it in these packets. The lemon flavor is light and refreshing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Feeling great with these electrolytes
I just started my GLP-1 journey and added these electrolytes in my 2nd week. I absolutely felt a difference in how I feel. Less headaches and no nausea. Glad I found this brand and definitely worth the price.
Ordering again
My first order of these I was not a fan of the taste. It's a very bland lemon flavor, but then again it is called lemon water and not lemonade. It for sure helped with my nausea with my GLP1 though, but I pretty much thought I wouldn't purchase again. But here I am after trying some other electrolytes going back to the So Well. What I do find adds to the flavor for me is adding a capful of Jordan's skinny syrup lemonade & crushed ice.
